President’s Message
Hi ladies of the SVWC! I would like to thank
you for electing me as your president for the
next year. With your help, I will try to make
this an enjoyable and profitable year.
It is always difficult to fill someone else's
big shoes and Jean has certainly left us big,
big footsteps to follow. Thank-you Jean for
being such a hard-working, conscientious, and
outstanding leader! We will try to continue in
your footsteps.
ICE CREAM SOCIAL
The month of June will bring us the Ice Cream
Social and possibly a chance to meet the scholarship
winners.
At that time sign-up sheets for next year's meetings will be available. Please be a participating member and volunteer for your two required events. There will also be a sign-up sheet if you chose to have your Email address listed in the directory.
Over the summer months your Board members will be meeting to finalize guest speakers and activities. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.
Everyone have a wonderful Summer! We will meet again on September 18th. Watch for the September newsletter for the
announcement of time and place.

For over 100 years we have continued to honor the goals in our Vision Statement. Our club members support the club activities and volunteer their time to a number of local organizations, depending on their personal interests.
The Club House is located at 574 First Street East, Sonoma, California.
The house was built by the ladies of the club in 1915 and reflects the architecture of that day.
There are kitchen facilities, a meeting room for 125 people, a stage with curtains which is availble for rent. This is a lovely place to hold meetings, a wedding, parties or a stage production.
