Rental Fees:

Hourly

$65.00 (up to 40 people) 

$450.00 (refundable security deposit) 

$150.00 (non-refundable cleaning fee) 

or, 

$75.00 (41 people or more) 

$450.00 (refundable security deposit, additonal $200 for events of 70+ with alcohol) 

$175.00 (non-refundable cleaning fee)

Non-Profit Rates (must show proof of your non-profit status)

Hourly

$35.00 (up to 40 people, rate is for meeting or class use only, No Food Preparation

$250.00 (refundable security deposit once class or meeting schedule has ended)

$50.00 (cleaning fee for each class/meeting held) or

$150 (non refundable cleaning fee for one time use)

or, 

$45.00 (41+people, Food Preparation allowed)

$300.00  (refundable security deposit, additonal $200 for events of 70+ with alcohol) 

$175.00 (non refundable cleaning fee)


The Liability Insurance must be at least $1,000,000. and needs to NAME The Sonoma Valley Woman's Club, 574 First Street East, Sonoma, Ca. 95476, as the additional insured. This form is often called an ACORD or a Special Events Endorsement Policy. 

THE CLUBHOUSE WILL NOT BE RENTED WITHOUT INSURANCE.
